When did yo go to Wales? My great grandparents are from Wales and Scotland. Sadly I have never been to either but I have always heard many stories about them. And of coarse I have lots of old recipes passed down from there too.
Wales is directly across the sea from where I am from in Dublin, Dun Laoghaire. So we can just hop on a ferry and pop across for less than the average train fare! We did just that last weekend! A fish & chip craving!
